Hanson Formpave and Cool Planet have formed a partnership that embraces two technologies. Permeable Paving and Geothermal heating are combined to produce a renewable energy solution.
The ThermaPave patented Geothermal solution provides an integrated ground array system within its’ sub-base design. The Geothermal solution reduces the reliance on gas and electricity by up to 50%. Also there will be significant reductions in CO2 emissions of between 45-50% and this can form an integral part in achieving planning consent and delivering a CSR agenda.
